At Land of Belief, every contribution helps us provide advocacy, inclusive care, and sanctuary for people and animals who need a safe place to belong. Because donations directly support our programs and services, we follow the refund guidelines below.
Donations
All donations made to Land of Belief are non‑refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated to our mission and cannot be returned.
If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review the situation.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you notice:
•     a duplicate donation
•     an incorrect amount
•     a technical error during checkout
please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with our payment processor to investigate and resolve the issue.
Event Fees or Program Payments
If we offer events, classes, or programs in the future, any refund options will be clearly stated on the event or program page.
